VTR-64 is an ASE Safety Inspection for Assembled Vehicles. It is not a title approval, an emissions test, or a law-enforcement VIN inspection. Applicable forms depend on the vehicle and title process. Inspections are performed by an ASE Master Automobile Technician with L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification. Confirm vehicle eligibility and appointment availability before booking.
